Alliston Ladies Ball Hockey (ALBH) was established in 2004. We are a non-profit women's recreational ball hockey league. ALBH is committed to fostering a community of passionate and supportive players, the league welcomes women of all skill levels to experience the joy of a team sport. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner who's never held a hockey stick, the league offers a supportive and inclusive environment where you can develop your skills, make new friends, and have fun.

We are NOW members of the Ontario Ball Hockey Association (OBHA), creating eligibility for our players to participate in tournaments such as the Provincial Championships.

ALBH runs both a spring/summer session (April through July game times 7:30 PM & 8:30 PM) and a fall/winter session (September through March game times 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, 9:00 PM), games are played on Monday evenings.
